Shipping can always be
combined to save you extra money. If you are
ordering more than one part please e-mail
sales@motorcityhp.com to get a combined shipping quote.

All truck
freight must be pre-paid. Before placing an order
please call or send us an e-mail with your zip code
and phone number to receive a quote. Your phone
number is required by the carrier before an item can
be shipped. |

|
Shipping prices by
truck will
vary depending on weight, size, class and your location. If
you ship to a residential address rather than a
commercial/business address the shipping may be more
expensive. A business
run out of a home does not qualify as a business
address and a home delivery fee may apply. |
|
|
 Unfortunately, despite our
best efforts at securely packaging your order, items
occasionally get damaged in transit. All parts
MUST
be inspected at the time of delivery, regardless of
the appearance of the box or boxes. Any damaged
items must be noted on the carrier’s delivery
receipt, and immediately reported to the carrier.
The BOL or Bill Of Lading is a legal document; by
signing the BOL you agree that your parts were
received in satisfactory condition.
If you do need to file a claim please contact us and
we will advise you on how to do this. |

Some items will be
shipped through the United States Postal Service or
FedEx when applicable. Oversize items such as hoods, some fenders, full floor
pans and quarter panels will be shipped via truck freight pre-paid.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your
order has been shipped.

Shipping charges are clearly
stated next to the item price and will be
added to your total order during the checkout process
if that part can be shipped through the United
States Postal Service, UPS or has a flat shipping
fee. If the item ships by truck or is an oversize
item and

prior to placing an order. Shipping charges are not
refundable. |

Most items are shipped within
24 hours of placing an order. Most fiberglass hoods have a current wait time
of 2-4 weeks. Call or e-mail for details on the
specific hood you are interested in. |

We will only ship to a
verified street address. No P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses please. |

Due to high demand some items may not be in stock or on backorder
at the time you place an order. |

We will deliver within 30 miles of
Detroit. Delivery charges may apply. |

We will ship to Canada and Internationally. Please keep in mind you are
responsible for all additional taxes, duties, etc... on your order. We are
not responsible if your order is held in customs for any reason. E-mail
