If you wish to return any part, you may do so within 14 days from the invoice
date. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please call first advising why you wish to return the item
or items and we
will, at our discretion, issue a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not
be accepted or credited without this number. A service charge of 20% will be
deducted on all returned merchandise and canceled orders except in the case of factory errors or
defects.
Discontinued, used, obsolete, or damaged items are not returnable. All returns must
come insured with freight prepaid. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Damaged Goods
Unfortunately, despite our
best efforts at securely packaging your order, items
occasionally get damaged in transit. All parts
MUST
be inspected at the time of delivery, regardless of
the appearance of the box or boxes. Any damaged
items must be noted on the carrier’s delivery
receipt, and immediately reported to the carrier.
The BOL or Bill Of Lading is a legal document; by
signing the BOL you agree that your parts were
received in satisfactory condition.
If you do need to file a claim please contact us and
we will advise you on how to do this.
Motor City Hi-Performance reserves the right to modify our return policy
without notice.
